Zaheer Khan joins Lucknow Super Giants as mentor ahead of IPL 2025

IPL Franchise Lucknow Super Giants announced Zaheer Khan as a LSG mentor for the upcoming IPL 2025 season. The former Indian Pacer Zaheer Khan will be joined as a Lucknow Super Giants mentor and also take on the role of blowing coach for the upcoming IPL 2025 season. Lucknow Super Giants owner Sanjeev Goenka recently posted a Twitter post, Welcome to the LSG Family ZaK! and the event was held at RPSG headquarters in Kolkata on Wednesday at 3:00 PM.

Zaheer Khan associated with the Mumbai Indians from 2018 to 2022, first as the director of cricket and then as the head of global development. And Zaheer Khan played a different franchise in the IPL season: Mumbai Indians, RCB, and Delhi Capitals from 2008 to 2017. Zaheer Khan Played 100 matches in the IPL and took 102 wickets at an economy of 7.58 across 10 seasons.

The Former Left Hand Gautam Gambhir left mentor role Lucknow Super Giants 2024 and joined Kolkata Knight Riders mentor role in IPL 2024, and this season Kolkata Knight Riders lift a trophy 2024, and this is 3rd title for Kolkata Knight Riders.

Currently, Gautam Gambhir is head coach of the Indian team. Another setback for the Lucknow Super Giants was the South African former Pacer Morne Morkel’s left blowing coach, who joined blowing coaching staff for the Indian team. The Lucknow Super Giants team has head coach Justin Langer, assistant coach Lance Klusener, and Adam Voges.
